CHUINGA VS VOINGA
AS A STUDENT
Most of the students from Chittagong area (permanent and present address in ctg) lead their livelihood by doing tution and coaching bussiness. Their life is much more scheduled. 3 to 4 tution, gossiping with friends, sleeping idly. They can't even think something better than that.
On the other hand students from other districts are doing much more creative work. Such as they are doing freelancing, blog writing, assignment writing, computer courses,IELTS, GMAT, GRE,SPOKEN, learning musical instrument playing etc...
AFTER COMPLETING GRADUATION
(Oh... I have completed my graduation!
It's a great achievement for me. I am the only graduate in my locality. I am the jack of all trades. I can manage a job with a handsome salary in near future)FEELING OF CHUINGA PUBLIC
(I have to complete my post graduation as early as possible. Time is running out. I must study hard to get a good job. This is the best time to prepare myself. I have to fulfill my responsibility)FEELING OF VOINGA PUBLIC
AT JOB SECTOR
CHUINGA
- I have to manage a government job.
- I can sit idle for next 2/3 year for government job.
- I can't leave Chittagong.
- Promotion will get automatically. I don't have work more than my scheduled work.
VOINGA
- I need a job. Is it private or public? Who cares...
- I can go anywhere.
- I have to work more, think more than my competitor...
- I will be well settled within few years...
THERE IS ALWAYS EXCEPTIONS... EXCEPTIONS AREN'T EXAMPLES.....

PRIVATE TUTOR FACT
OUR THINKING
Students like us ( Doing Honors And Masters) like to engage himself as a good tutor.
We expect that guardians will be very friendly towards us, will believe us, will act according to our saying, will handover the liability of building the basic knowledge of their son or daughter.
We also expect that the student as well as parents will show respect. We love to think us as an important person to so called AUNTY and specially if the student is female.
SALARY FACT
Most of the tutors get salary in 5th to 10th day of month. We the students have to clear our rent of resident within 5th day of month. Clearing the rent become a great factor in this early days of the month. We have to lend the money from our friends belonging to a well settled family(father).
When there is money in our hand we have to return the money. After a long month we get the money. It is very much painful for us to hand over that money.
GUARDIANS ARE REQUESTED TO PAY THE SALARY AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE...
AMOUNT
To the new private tutors my advice is that please make sure the amount of salary before joining...
Otherwise your expectation will not be fulfilled in most of the cases.
REAL SCENARIO
Guardians in most cases consider us as a man who is shameless, who has no sense of self dignity.
In many days of the month we simply don't get snakes. Very frustrating.
We don't get vacation anytime. Every single day is a working day for us. Sometimes we have to come back from door because you people are outside home. We have to ask for the salary in every month. There is no other option available. We have to do that.
MY RECOMMENDATION TO GUARDIANS
PLEASE....
- Pay the salary in time.
- Consider us as your son & daughter
- Act like a human
THERE IS ALWAYS EXCEPTIONS. ALL HUMAN BEING ARE NOT SAME. AND EXCEPTIONS ARE NOT EXAMPLES.....
In deep concentration |
BE HAPPY...

Diplomats Of Bangladesh
Real Scenario
The real scenario of Bangladeshi diplomats are very devastating. What they are doing is not understandable. We the general people know about our friend countries. Which country is trying to do hamper is known to everybody. I would like to mention a name here. Its RUSSIA. This country helped us a lot at the time of our liberation war. But out diplomats are not trying to make a better relation with them. The diplomats are focusing on building strong relations with those countries who were in the opposite side of us .
BE PRACTICAL......
Village POLITICS
Good sides
Village politics is mandatory for upgrading the situation prevailing in village of Bangladesh.
1. There is a few number of educational institutions in the villages. In average only 2 or 3 primary school, 1 or no high school, no or rarely 1 college in a single village. But there is lots of demand there. The number of students are huge. They want to study but they can't because of shortage of institution. Village politics is the root of increasing the number of educational institutions.
Coaching Business
Good sides
Boldly speaking coaching is not bad for us. Who do come in coaching center know better than others. I admit they know better. Everyday they learn something new. It is because they meet new people regularly. As every single person (coach) have many different ideas, the students try to cope with these ideas. Yes. They can't utilize the ideas fully. But the try to. As a result their skill develops. Education system is creative now. The student who have more idea than other can answer the question more perfectly. His or her answer is more resourceful.
I can conclude that coaching is helpful.
